Minnesota everywhere! To the right....Warroad, a Prevost $550k Lodge and to the left, people from Winona, all sun and warmer climate seeking, super nice people. Gil got the TV up and working great in the bedroom. Willie gets long walks and even though the sun is out, it's been in the teens at night and not too warm during the day. Last night we woke early to poor Willie falling out of bed, back to sleep, only to wake up to a really cold house....the propane tanks were all empty so no heat! PANIC. The propane ran out at 5:00am and the temp dropped 10 degrees to 55--- just enough to freeze the water pump in the basement. That meant no water. Yikes!!!! Gil was off to the store for propane before coffee and promptly got us back up and running and within a short while the water thawed and we were good to go. Where are we that this can happen? I thought we left MN!!!
We've had trips to all the nooks and crannies of Branson, Walmarts and Bass Pro. All the shows, most of the motels and restaurants are all closed in January. Our best find so far was a table lamp on sale (with the shade) for $12.37 at Kirkland! We celebrated today using the gift card from the kids at Cracker Barrel...our first meal out! Thanks kids! We've been eating well at home too!
Caught up with Seattle kiddos on Skype last night and keeping in touch with family and friends has been great fun! We'll sleep warm tonight with all three propane tanks filled. Off to Ft. Smith, AR to visit a friend tomorrow.

You guys seem to be having so much fun. Good for you! Keep posting, its fun to watch your journey. Safe travels and happy trails!

You brought placemats, but Dad has to drink out of a dixie cup? That will cut down on restroom stops! Looks like a great little home on the road!
